Welcome to RetreatHub (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RetreatHubt website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Services.
1. Definitions
- “User” / “You”: Any individual or business accessing or using the Services.
- “Account”: A registered profile created to access RetreatHub’s features.
- “Content”: Any text, data, images, or other material uploaded, transmitted, or processed through the Services.
- “POPIA”: The South African Protection of Personal Information Act.
2. Eligibility
You must be:

- Able to form a legally binding contract.
- Using the Services for lawful purposes only.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your login details secure.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Use of Services
You agree to:
- Use RetreatHubonly for lawful business communications.
- Comply with all applicable laws (including POPIA, GDPR, and WhatsApp’s own terms).
- Not use the Services for spam, harassment, or fraudulent purposes.
5. Subscription and Payment
- Free Trial: We may offer a limited free trial for new users.
- Fees: Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed on RetreatHub.com.
- Billing Cycle: Monthly or annually, as selected.
- Refunds: Unless required by law, all fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.
- Changes: We may update pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.
6. WhatsApp Integration
RetreatHub uses the UltraMsg WhatsApp API and is not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. Use of RetreatHub requires compliance with WhatsApp’s policies.
7. Data Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using RetreatHub, you agree to that policy.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
We may suspend or limit the Services for maintenance, upgrades, or legal reasons.
9. Intellectual Property
- All RetreatHub content, branding, and software are owned by us or licensed to us.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software without permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You breach these Terms.
- Your payment is overdue.
- Required by law.
You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.
11. Limitation of Liability
RetreatHub is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we:
- Exclude all warranties.
- Are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or data.
- Limit our total liability to the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RetreatHub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. If we do, we will post the revised version with a new “Last Updated” date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
